usually I'm ok, since I take a long ass time sometimes, but
occasionally, on older (like, 6 months+) commissions that I kinda
forget about, when they do it without any warning or explanation it just
kinda makes me go wtf
but otherwise, just tell your customer you're refunding them and why and you're a++
